Castle & Crew is operated by SEEN + UNSEEN, LLC, a California limited liability company, 200 Spectrum Center Drive, Irvine, CA 92618. By using castleandcrew.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is charged where required (currently California) and shown before you pay. Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if there’s an obvious pricing error, we can’t fill it, or we suspect fraud.
Product appearance
Colors, print placement and embroidery can vary slightly from photos and from piece to piece. Screens show colors differently.
Shipping and returns
Our Shipping and Returns & replacements policies are part of these terms.
Codes
- One code per order. Codes can’t be combined, have no cash value, and can’t be applied to past orders.
- Some codes are single-use, first-order-only, or expire; those limits are shown where we offer the code.
- We may cancel codes that are misused, resold, or posted publicly when they weren’t meant to be.
Our designs
The designs, logo, photos and text on this site belong to Castle & Crew or its licensors. Please don’t copy or resell them. Castle & Crew is an independent brand and isn’t affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company or any theme park.
Reviews and messages
If you send us a review, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to show it on our site and social channels with your display name. We publish reviews whether they’re positive or negative. We only hold back reviews that are fake, off-topic, abusive or discriminatory, contain someone’s personal information, or include false or misleading claims — the same rules for every review. We don’t change the words of a review; if we shorten one for space, we mark it with “…”.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse the site, try to break it, or scrape it.
Warranties and liability
Our products come with our replace-or-refund promise in the Returns policy, plus any warranties the law gives you. The website itself is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. This doesn’t limit liability for our fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit, and it doesn’t take away any rights you have under consumer-protection laws.
IP concerns
If you think something on our site infringes your rights, email walt@castleandcrew.com with the details and we’ll respond promptly.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to shop here. If anything on the site is hard to use, email walt@castleandcrew.com and we’ll help you complete your order.
Disputes
California law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Orange County, California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. You can always bring a qualifying claim in small claims court where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The dates at the top show the current version. Changes don’t apply to orders already placed.
